Little Bee Academy Family Childcare was established in 2007. Today, we hold nearly a decade of experience in serving the community and making families happy. Each day, we are guided by our heart-felt mission:
To be the leading family childcare in the SFV by providing each child with a nurturing and educational environment in which to promote happy and healthy growth and development.
All the members of the Little Bee Academy Family Childcare will treat each individual child with dignity and respect to his or her unique developmental needs. We make sure to hire qualified and background screened staff in order to continuously foster a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment.
Each one of our employees undergo a background check process which involves:
- Fit to Work Screening
- Pre-Deployment Orientation and Training
- License/Certificate Verification
- Reference Checks with Former Employers
- Certification of CPR and First Aid
- Drug Testing
- Criminal Background Clearance
